Synergyx is a consulting firm servicing clients across North America. We specialize in general practice business consulting and software design through the use of Risk-Based Decision-Making Software in support of our best practices consulting approach. Our multi-disciplined consulting services focus on Economic Development and the Incubation Industry. Synergyx performs Financial Feasibility Studies and Operational Assessments for communities considering the establishment of Business Incubators for their region, or those already operational but requiring an in-depth assessment of current practices to identify areas requiring improvement. We use state-of-the-art computer technology including our own proprietary software developed for the incubation industry. Our services include on-site assessments of existing premises or potential development sites, as well as reviewing floor plans for those considering a “build from scratch” approach.
In addition to establishing and maintaining regular on-going communication with the client, we meet and present face-to-face and/or through teleconferencing committee meetings over the Internet as and when required. This accommodates the budget realities of our client and substantially reduces the costs found to be associated with their projects. We have developed a proprietary template for our projects, which we customize and tailor to the particular needs of each client, creating a nine-year cash flow projection, and identifying the economic benefits that result from the incubator graduates. Jobs created, salaries paid to new employees, disposable income flowing back to the community, incremental Realty Taxes, and incremental National / Federal and State / Provincial Taxes are among the Economic Drivers that are identified through the process developed and delivered by Synergyx.

Another service from Synergyx is the software development and customization that we provide to clients. Our Risk-Based Decision-Making Software utilizing the principals of Fuzzy Logic allows the end-user to create their own Applications from scratch, and also the ability to augment the Risk Categories and Risk Factors provided in the software release, literally on the fly. This software has now been customized to include four Applications that specifically target the Incubation Industry.
