Our software program was designed to assist end-users in making the right Risk-Based Decisions. It was not designed to replace your current decision-making process. It was meant to supplement, and give credence to your existing decision-making process. In today’s complex environment, we are continuously making decisions, many of which require distilling multiple pieces of Data/Evidence in order to arrive at a Conclusion/Recommendation.

What job offer or career challenge should I accept?
What stock or security should be included in my investment portfolio?

Which commercial real estate investment has an acceptable risk for my personal risk tolerance?

The more variables or factors in the analysis, the more difficult it is to make those decisions by “the seat of your pants” or using intuition or “gut-feel”. The brain can perhaps accommodate up to 10 different factors in the decision process, allowing for assessing the risk associated with each factor, determining the reliability of the data or evidence used in your analysis, and then also giving a different weighting to those factors, to help in arriving at your Conclusion/Recommendation. Complex decisions with many factors and differing weightings for those factors make it almost impossible for the brain to handle.

This is where our software is invaluable. How important is it to be confident that the decisions you make are the best possible decisions, given all the Data/Evidence that is available to you at the time of making that decision? Are there severe financial consequences associated with making the wrong decision?

Our software offers a host of Risk Categories and Risk Factors for differing Applications. These Risk Categories and Risk Factors have been collected from industry experts and form the stock Application Libraries that come standard with our software. And once you own a license for our software, you will be able to update your database with the latest releases of Application Libraries, Risk Categories and Risk Factors, included free as part of the annual Maintenance and Customer Support fee. Flexibility has been built into the program to allow you to use some or all of our Risk Categories and Risk Factors, and more importantly, to easily add your own Applications, Categories or Factors to be used as a stand-alone Application, or in conjunction with the Applications and Libraries that we have prepared and provided.

Once you have collected all the pieces of Data/Evidence and are ready to make a decision, using those same pieces of information, you enter / input the pieces of Data/Evidence into the program, assign an opinion to each piece of Data/Evidence as it pertains to the risk associated with that piece of Data/Evidence, determine the “reliability” of that source of Data/Evidence, and then enter in the significance/weighting for each entry. The program will store all of this data, never forgetting a single piece of information.

The program actually begins to analyze the information from the very first piece of Data/Evidence you input, and the Conclusion/Recommendation only becomes stronger, as more and more pieces of Data/Evidence are included in the analysis.

Unlike the human brain, the software can accommodate an unlimited number of pieces of Data/Evidence under analysis. This software becomes another “tool” to assist you in making the best possible decisions, at any given time, and then being able to recreate the information used in the decision process to respond to an audit of that decision process.

Remember, you can never eliminate risk, and stay in business. Progress always involves risk. You can’t steal second base and keep you foot on first! Using this software allows you to manage your risk, keeping it at an acceptable level.
